I had a fantastic stay at this place! Sandy, the owner, was super friendly and accommodating. The kitchen was a lifesaver for our trip, and it was really convenient having a shop nearby. The area was nice and quiet, perfect for a good night's sleep. The cleanliness of the place was mind-blowing, everything was spotless and the modern amenities were a pleasant surprise. The bedding in the bedroom was clean and comfortable. Despite a small issue with a bed bug, the owner quickly addressed it and offered us another room. I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

The facilities at Sunny Hill House were basic but modern, with clean bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. The small living room with a sofa and TV was a nice addition, and having a shop nearby was convenient. The owner, Sandy, was friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. The budget accommodation was suitable for our needs, and I would consider staying here again.
We felt comfortable and had no complaints during our stay.

The breakfast option could be improved.

I loved the fact that the property is conveniently located near Calke Abbey and the library. It's so exciting to have famous landmarks just a short distance away!
The disappointment of not having a private elevator to take me straight to the property's front door. How inconvenient!

As young families, we loved the convenience of having a kitchen to use during our stay. The location was also great for getting to where we needed to go, and having a shop nearby was very handy. The area was relatively quiet, which was a plus.
Felt really homely, no complaints at all.

The hotel was very, very clean, with modern basics. We had three bedrooms, each with a toilet/shower. The small living room had a comfortable sofa, TV, and a table with chairs. The kitchen was well-equipped with clean cutlery, crockery, a fridge/freezer, microwave, and toaster. The staff, especially Sandy, were nice, friendly, and accommodating. Having a kitchen was great for our stay. The hotel is also conveniently located close to a shop and in a relatively quiet area.
Everything is what we need and want.

The twin rooms at Twin rooms WiFi free parking washing machine Browning House were cozy and comfortable. The flat-screen TV and free WiFi made our stay even more enjoyable. As casual travelers, we loved having all these modern amenities at our disposal.
Personally, we found the garden view in some rooms at Twin rooms to be slightly underwhelming. However, this is just our subjective opinion and others may still appreciate it.
